It is very good for both drivers and riders able to arrange the next trip during a journey. There should be a button or an option for the driver to turn the feature off as the scenario like to need to go pump petrol or go to toilet so surely will not accept any trip. Another issue is the pop window is too big as should not cover the map. Most of the time driver will depends on the map to navigate so can't afford to miss any turning or will need more time to travel further to complete a trip which will affect the efficiency of Uber drivers. It's too slow to show address after accepting request or start trip. We need detailed address, not routing. We have our own preferred routing map. Specially in CBD once we accept the job we need to immediately decide left or right turn specially at the intersection. If we miss a turn we may need long way to back to pickup point. Let the driver decide to start routing because experienced driver do not need routing at CBD but want to see address ASAP. Full Review

Good service Hi...I am an Uber partner driving my own car for about 2 years. I love driving Uber. Everything features that Uber update is very good. My only suggestion is that we the driver must know the passenger's destination before accepting the trip request. Actually in India specially in Kolkata there are some place which we would like to avoid. So if we get a request knowing that the passenger wants to go to that area then we can cancel the request. Obviously we will do the cancellation rarely. Full Review

I would love to stop uber pool request from midway or ohare. I got 2 pools and full of luggage and I had to put a suitcase inside my car. Back leather seat to be right. Who will pay poor any damage on my leather seats? I just ignore the uber pool request from the airports. Even that too many ignore the app logged me off and start the queue again which is unfair. As the developers update the app each time, I feel it gets worse. The original request screen was the best IMO. Showed the address prior to acceptance where drivers were able to make better decisions. With each update, there is less info to the driver and drivers are taking eyes off the road for longer determining the request. I feel there would be more cancellations this way but seems the ultimate goal for uber is to have driver partners accept everything. The stability of the app seems to also get worse. For a so-called technology company, fix your app, test it and listen to what drivers want. Full Review

Update: The app is working now. But this company is greedy af. They seem not to let customer tip you after you deliver the order. They must do it before you confirm drop off in app. And it makes me wonder if they do tip you. Uber must keep the tip without you knowing. So don't work for this greedy efin company. Try others like Favor, or Doordash. The customer is required tip you no matter what. I work for most of these companies. But I think Favor is my favorite because they guarantee you a hours pay even if you don't get a order on that one hour. JUST DON'T WORK FOR UBER! You'll thank me later. Full Review

It's an good business to have, but believe if your drivers are leasing there vehicles and have the fuel credit card. Uber should aloud there driver's to make their lease payment first before they (Uber) start to deduct payment for fuel credit l. I'm just saying Full Review

Few major issues on my city. There are no surge on my city since 7/10/2017. Driver's apps closed by itself when doing trip & lose all the trip info (location etc, fare). Already called helpline and they said there are no problem with the server. But all driver on my city having same problem. Please fix it ASAP! Full Review

I been noticing, that in my town when there is high volume of request it surges around the area and not the there the request are coming from. and if it surges where all the request are coming from the rates are always higher around the area, so this screws the driver out of higher surge rates because riders aren't requesting from around the event their requesting at the event Full Review

Too much technical glitches e.g. auto offline rider, suddenly lower rider's confirmation rates when there is no pings, no direct link for contacting support or reporting etc...the app is draining mobile battery way too fast..... should improve on apps functionality....support nowadays also not helping much..... In my city the local uber support defined incorect geo fence area and their support message confims that driver can decline the trip which is out of geo fence. Following their instructions I get suspended. Its pathetic local support and now I'm driving for another competitor. Much better then Uber. Full Review

The new app design is great really helpful still rider should be able to see distance of car before request as too much drag up. Recently uber changed uber XL to meximum of 6 passenger capacity then again people with luggage stuck if they are going to airport & costomer in groups confused if they are 8 Passenger wether will be 6 seater or 8 seater will be turn up Uber should make shaprate option for rider to have 8 seater as UBERXXL. When you choose waze as navigation. You are already with a passenger on board and another request comes on and you accept it. After you clear your existing job and the next job disappeared off the navigation. Please sort it out. Also please add a feature so you can switch between uber recommended navigation to say like of waze in between a job. Thank you Full Review

The app have seen many improvements lately but today I was reminded about it's problems... had a rider vomit on my car, reported the incident using the app which does NOT save the images on device, when I heard back from the support team the ask me for pictures and that without them they can't charge the rider, I was saved by the only picture I decided to take outside the app... another issue I have is that regarless of updates I only have 2 filters, not 6 as promoted Full Review

Needs button to chat support when having trouble have had few difficulties getting started. Wrong vehicle selected wrong driver categories able to select I have a luxury vehicle and have been getting economy requests. Can't switch. Also went to pick up ride had service dog but didn't tell me until I dropped off rider. Didn't want pets in vehicle. Switched my phone number and verified but can not contact riders. Full Review

new uber driver here and im not getting the best experience as a new uber driver. first day yesterday i went online at 9am to 3pm no uber passenger request!!! i called the customer service they say my account is all good and they refresh my account and still no uber request. i tried everything delete the uber driver apps and restall it again nothing!! i tried all the area here in toronto still nothing!!! please help me Full Review

Too slow... i upload all documents and also visit uber eat office. They give me two bag and say we will verify your history in 4 or 5 day and we send u message then uu can start your job.. but am waiting from last two week . I don't mind the app itself, the GPS could be a bit better and give ya a better notification as to when to turn on a street, I've had to make numerous last second turns because the GPS didn't tell me until the very last second. Also GPS needs to be a little more informative, I picked up a customer at a Panera Bread establishment that was in the middle of a plaza and instead of telling me the customer was at Panera Bread the GPS gave just an address. My biggest problem is having numerous of issues with cashing out, I haven't been able to cash out what I earned yesterday and today and had numerous of problems with cashing out last week. If you can at least fix the cash out issue I'll for sure change to 5 stars. Full Review

Uber is garbage 180 day of change. Not! Horrible customer service on ubers end. When you pick someone up in the surge areas it doesn't always pay you surge pricing. Be careful with uber they will use and abuse you! Full Review

Uber used to be great for the drivers but now they just flat out steal our money while giving people who should be taking the bus cheap rides. This is not what we signed up for... We were forced into it by this greedy company. Taking almost 50% of our fares and then giving automated responses never acknowledgingthe the problem. This company is utterly disgusting. I see somebody from Uber replied to me but I know better than to reply, thinking it will solve anything. Uber will lie, spin the story anyway and never address the actual question like, why did you take 50% of my fare? They will give you the same bull response every single time about the trip breakdown. Never acknowledging the why they took 50% or more of your fare. Uber is scum. Full Review

Uber company is a scam company they allowed drivers to work but set up drivers to fail. This company takes far to much from drivers fare and charge passengers far to much on certain days. And there companies quick to not care much for drivers conditions that passengers may fabricated to the company about the driver . I would not recommend this app or company to no one also a big failure on there part is hiding the surge from drivers but allow the passengers who the driver picking up see there is a surge attach. So bottom line is someone in the office is getting over on driver's fares and re doctoring the actual fares. This company is terrible and worthless but karma is big fact so we may have suffer being drivers but there companies are going to go bankrupt after paying folks back they shortchanged

It all comes down to how much we are making per ride. In new york we pay the highest insurance and all the regulations we have to keep up with and especially with TLC. Regular Black car bases here make 7$ for the first mile and 3$ for every mile after that and they take their commission at the end of the week ranging from $60-$110 no more then that. Uber needs to Increase fares or lower commission. Full Review

Fares are low. Don't use uber navigation. apparently it allows tipping now but since uber has made its service synonymous with not tipping the driver people seem not to be doing it. Postmates has a better pay scale and once its volume picks up its over for uber eats. Full Review

When I signed up they put me in Washington DC instead of Washington state. Then when we tried to get a hold of uber to fix it we had a hard time finding someone that could help. Most didn't no how to fix anything .Always a put off . The staff needs to be trained better and we need a phone number we can talk to someone that knows something. Now my app won't let me sign it .it flix off before it loads. I have been going through this for at least two weeks now with no end in site. I am SO frustrated.I just want this resolved Full Review

I am an uber partner. I hope uber can look into the fare where destination is going up on mountain tourist destinations, especialy here in Cebu City where we have alot of mountain destinations and it is still part of the city and uber scope of operations. Because it consumes alo of gas going up and I could not get any riders back because there is no network signal. Can you look into it or maybe add some premium on the fares going into these places.
